This Mission contributed actively to the Lead Partner Seminar and Kick-off-meeting of the Joint Secretariat and the Governance Project Coordination Group on 18th January in Marseille. The Joint Secretariat invited all Lead Partners of the approved Governance Projects (GP) and their project partners to this Lead Partner Seminar.
With 8 Governance projects approved by the end of 2022, the meeting aimed at gathering the Joint Secretariat, the National Contact Points, and the GP partners in order to exchange on the Governance projects’ content and start working on common action plans; moreover, it was intended to discuss about the needs and expectations and to introduce support tools and activities of coordination among all projects.
The agenda also included a session committed to the Amplification Strategy, the objectives of the Programme and the presentation of this Coordination Group. In this framework, the representatives of Community4Tourism and Dialogue4Tourism made a pitch with main contents, tasks and expected results of each project; this activity was followed by the presentation of the technical assistant of the Union for the Mediterranean in the roadmap of collaboration established between Interreg Euro-MED Programme and the UfM.
The sessions concluded with the internal working group of the Sustainable Tourism Mission with a short presentation of the participants and discussion of the activities under the different Work Packages in addition to Communication.
